About UsSam Hasan is President of DSSbiz.com, a company that markets decision support software products and is also provides consultancy services in this field. He is a former head of the Films & Packaging business unit of A T Plastics Inc, where he was the architect of many of the decision support systems used by the unit to capture market share and improve profitability. Mike Moroney is the developer of DSSbiz.com's financial models using CP's Corporate Planner. Mike has had many years of consulting with ICI Americas in financial planning and modeling. These models were designed to assist with both operating, strategic and financial issues. Doug McColl is President of Anfis Inc, a consulting company specializing design and implementation of financial, accounting and other business systems. Doug's expertise is available to help "fit" DSSbiz.com's products to existing systems and processes. Doug also offers an audit of your current business systems and processes to assist management in developing a pragmatic IT strategy. DSSbiz.com's team has had over fifty years experience in engineering specific decision support computer- based models to improve a business unit's profitability. The team is convinced that companies today do not have time to develop, test and maintain adequate spreadsheet based models to meet their needs. We know we have better solutions. Our Process:First, we define the tools currently being used to support a specific activity (e.g. risk management). We listen to your issues and concerns to decide if one of the tools currently offered by DSSbiz.com can meet your objectives. We build a prototype model, using your data, to jointly assess the solution and the integration with your current (or future) transaction system. If it passes your critique, we then design a training course to initiate implementation. If it does not pass your critique, we either modify or move on. Note the prototype stage does not cost your Company nor does it commit your Company to anything. Where We Deliver:Our served market is North America. We can deliver and implement products through the internet or at specific company sites. We can also team up with our Principals to deliver products in Europe and North America. Thus a solution can be implemented simultaneously on both side of the Atlantic. |
