System Specifications?

All our programs need, as a minimum, Pentium 4 at 1.8GHz with 512M Ram operating under Windows 200, XP or Vista.

Training needs?

Our experience suggests a 2-3 days course for two to five persons start with  is adequate for the first application.  This may be followed with an advanced one day seminar.  All courses can be arranged either on site, Toronto or Germany.

Upgrades and maintenance?

These are available at no charge for up to six months from purchase.  After this, a charge of 18% p.a. is invoiced to continue these.  Upgrades are available through the internet.  A totally new version number is not considered an upgrade and is thus not included in this program.

Technical service and support?

This available through the Help Desk from 8 AM to 5PM EST or from 9AM to 7PM CET.  Email support is also available, our objective being to respond within 24 hours.

Databases?

The Corporate Planning products can import/export to MS-Word, Excel or any ODBC database (depending upon the application).  The Production Scheduler and the Layout tool can be customized fro most ODBC compliant database.  These will included in the quote.
