SiMaL is a workflow based, with finite user defined capacity and resource constraints production scheduler. It is suitable for batch or discrete processes. DOSIMIS 3 can be used to optimize or de-bottleneck production, warehousing, office or building etc layouts. For example, it has been used to design airport terminals in Europe and Asia.

SiMaL (Production Scheduling)

SiMaL is a flexible planning tool allowing you to quickly balance customer and business needs, improve resource utilization, increase on-time deliveries, and reduce manufacturing costs. The built-in Dashboard displays the impact on Key Performance Indicators (selected by the user) of various delivery strategies. SiMaL allows the user to define finite capacity and resource constraints. It uses genetic algorithms during optimization. Trim optimization modules are also available.

DOSIMIS 3 (Layout Simulator)

DOSIMIS 3 enables a user to intuitively analyze processes, production or assembly, material or transportation flows. It will allow the user to identify bottlenecks, the impact of increasing capacity at any stage, and different layouts. DOSIMIS 3 has an intuitive and interactive graphical interface which makes it easy to use. It has an extensive element library, search functions, and several interfaces such as VB, Excel, C++.
